Job Description

As an Assistant Bar Manager at Auberge Collection, you will elevate service and ensure flawless execution while creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Assist in overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the bar, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining a high level of customer service and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at the bar.
- Implement and enforce quality‑control measures for beverage preparation, presentation, and service to maintain consistent standards.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management, monitoring sales and controlling costs.
- Resolve issues and address guests’ concerns promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
- Superior professional appearance, polished manner,



and strong interpersonal skills suited to a fast‑paced team environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages considered an advantage.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to departmental needs.
