Your Everyday at Nexi As an EBA Support Operator , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work within EBA Support Team, in Operations, Digital Banking & Corporate Solutions, ensuring Service monitoring and quality support to the Client, on shift bases 24*7 About Your Future Role In this position, you will:

- Providing first- and second-level support to clients (Institutions and Banks), ensuring a high standard of assistance and resolving any requests related to the payment services provided.
- Monitoring service performance and managing incidents and anomalies according to defined procedures, acting as the first point of contact for operational service-related incidents.
- Preparing internal reports as well as reports for clients.
- Managing internal and external test and production master data and records.
- Collaborating in the setup, implementation, and testing phases of services.
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of internal operational documentation for the service.

Essential Qualifications:

- Ability to operate effectively in a technological environment;

- Good command of the English language
- Availability to work on a 24⁄7 shift basis

Premio Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
