As a Regional Services Engineer, you will serve as a technical consultant and expert, helping regional Services Engineers via guidance on strategic opportunities and engagements. You’ll provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales expertise, lead workshops and PoCs, and support large-scale implementations and transformations.

You’ll develop reusable assets and act as an escalation point for complex challenges, contributing to scalable professional services. This role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership and regional collaboration to drive trusted digital outcomes.

- Support local Services Engineers on strategic opportunities and customer engagements
- Provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, assessments and proof-of-concept activities
- Support large-scale implementations and customer transformation initiatives
- Develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices,



and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges
- Strong consulting and technical services background across enterprise environments
- Experience across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements
- Solution design, architecture and implementation experience
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Ability to support complex enterprise environments and transformation projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex topics
- Proven ability to work across multiple countries and cross-functional teams in a regional environment
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and customer focus
