Experteer Overview In this role you drive new business and growth across Europe for Integrated Asset Performance Management solutions. You will lead prospecting, pipeline management, and key account development, aligning client needs with ARMS/Baker Hughes offerings. You'll work with cross-functional teams to shape proposals and close complex software deals, contributing to a strategic expansion of asset reliability services. This is a chance to influence enterprise sales in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Identify IAPM opportunities within existing clients
Leverage network to introduce solutions to new clients
Penetrate target verticals and manage sales pipeline
Maintain client relationships and provide guidance for improvements
Coordinate with ARMS and clients to address requests until resolution
Prepare and analyze reports on client projects and delivery
Extend relationships at site and corporate levels through account management
Manage sales forecasting and pipeline health in Salesforce
Develop and present innovative proposals and strategic sales presentations

Close complex sales across the Reliability Engineering portfolio
Organize online and in-person solution presentations
Prepare bids and contracts to support ARMS services and solutions
Plan and execute region-specific sales strategies to meet budgets
Responsabilità Significant experience in software/digital sales, reliability, and asset performance management
Experience managing the full sales cycle, with a track record of closing complex sales
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to conduct business in at least two languages relevant to mainland Europe
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience managing A-class customers and expanding wallet share
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
