Role Description The Secondary School Teacher will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the IB curriculum and school standards. This full-time, on-site role in Milan involves planning units and daily lessons, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records. The teacher will support students’ academic and personal development, differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and foster a respectful, inclusive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include participating in departmental meetings,



collaborating with colleagues and families, contributing to school events, and engaging in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a recognized teaching qualification and proven experience in Teaching at the secondary level.
- Candidates should possess strong Lesson Planning skills and the ability to design effective, student-centered learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and the ability to teach the subject within an IB or international framework.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Experience in IB or international schools, proficiency in English (and additional languages as an asset), and a commitment to inclusive, multicultural education are highly beneficial.
- Strong classroom management, digital literacy for educational tools, and a willingness to engage in ongoing professional learning are expected.
