Brewing Units Development Intern

Hi We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Brewing Units Development Intern to join our Coffee Machines & Systems Development team at our Innovation Center in Turin. The chosen candidate will be integrated within the R&D; Coffee Machines & Systems department to support the development of the HCS/OCS machine (Bean To Cup), allowing them to gain a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this constantly evolving industry. Your Day-to-day Activities
- Support the design and development of a grinder functionality and reliability testing bench in collaboration with suppliers
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are met according to the defined timeline and specifications
- Data analsysis and post-processing
- General support on Brewing Unit team testing activities
Who We’re Looking For
- You’re available for a 6-month tempo pieno internship. Starting date: September 2026
- You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
- You have a Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical/aerospace/material or chemical
- You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
