Cosmic Group's looking for a brilliant Sales Engineer, who's going to be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value contracts.
The role combines strategic account development with field sales activities, focusing on long-term partnerships and customer success.
brCustomer Management and Growth br• Serve as the primary sales contact for customers; br• Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers (engineering, procurement, management); br• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across product lines (testers, managers, services).
brSales and Business Development br• Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, qualification,proposal, negotiation,closing; br• Identify and acquire new clients in target markets (IDMs, OSATs, fabless companies).
brMarket and Customer Analysis br• Understand customer roadmaps (technology, capacity,
outsourcing strategy); br• Provide feedback to product management and RD on market needs; br• Work closely with:product line managers (testers, managers, burn-in); application engineering teams br• Sales Execution br• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage commercial terms; br• Ensure accurate forecasting (order portfolio management, CRM updates); br• Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field; br• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering; br• Preferably experience in the semiconductor sector: ATE / test equipment / capital goods; br• Preferably proven experience in closing complex, high-value deals.
brStrong commercial focus and negotiation skills; br• Excellent command of spoken and written English—minimum required level B2; br•
