ppConstruction Manager /p pJob Description /p h3Job ID /h3 pD26_03 /p h3Contract Type /h3 pFull Time /p h3What We Are Looking For /h3 pThe resource will be responsible for organizing people and resources to carry out the work in compliance with timeframes, quality of the work and expected costs. /p pThe resource will have to technically evaluate the feasibility of the installations, with the aim of optimizing time and costs, while maintaining compliance with the standards regarding the quality of the work and the health and safety of the personnel. /p pThe resource will operate mainly at the construction site, where the work is being carried out, and at the headquarters during the program preparation and implementation method study phases. /p h3Planned Activities /h3 pThe resource is responsible of the following activities:



/p ul licoordinates the work done by contractors and internal work teams /li liorganizes the transportation and delivery of materials /li liverifies that the construction team follows appropriate procedures /li lisupervises the quality of the work performed /li liverifies compliance with the work schedule, evaluates and analyses any deviations, proposes recovery actions and verifies that they are carried out /li liupdates and keeps the manager informed on the progress of the work /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical Diploma or University Degree /li liAbility to use a PC and the programs necessary to perform the role (Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.) /li liAvailability for long‑term business travel, in Italy and Europe /li li2 years or more of experience in the role, developed in EPC projects or mechanical installation of new industrial plants /li liLeadership, Teamworking, Proactivity, Problem solving abilities /li /ul h3Desired skills /h3 ul liFrench language /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
