We’re looking for a Junior Mechanical CAD Designe r to join our Mechanical Engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or diploma holder who is passionate about mechanical design and wants to develop their career within an innovative engineering company operating in the energy sector.

Working alongside experienced mechanical engineers, you will support the preparation of technical drawings and 3D models for utility-scale energy storage projects, contributing to the development of one of the world’s most innovative long-duration energy storage technologies .

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and update 2D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Support the development of mechanical layouts,



fabrication drawings and general arrangement drawings.
- Assist Mechanical Engineers in producing technical documentation.
- Update engineering documentation following design revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and drafting procedures.
- Support the preparation of documentation for suppliers and manufacturing activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience is not required; internships or thesis projects are considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2D).
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawing principles.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo or similar) is considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good English communication skills. Proficient in Italian.
- Strong willingness to learn, curiosity and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented attitude and proactive mindset.
