TherolewillplayanimportantpartintheglobalimplementationofthenewSAPS/4HANAsystem,helpingoptimisepurchasingprocessesandpromotesustainable,compliantoperationsacrosstheorganisation.Thisisavaluableopportunitytoworkinanternationalenvironmentonahigh-impacttransformationinitiative. KeyResponsibilities * SupporttheglobalimplementationofSAPS/4HANA,contributingtotheoptimisationandstandardisationofprocurementprocesses. * Managesupplierrelationshipsfromscoutingandqualificationthroughtopurchaseorderissuance,monitoringefficiencyandcompliance. * Supportsuppliernegotiationsandallocatepurchasingrequirementstothemostappropriatesuppliers. * Maintainpurchaseorders,includingdelivery-dateandpriceupdates.
* Monitortenderprocesses,preparebidanalysesandcontributetosupplier-selectionmeetings. * WorkcloselywithPurchasingandotherrelevantfunctionstoidentifyandcommunicatesupplyissuesthatmayaffectbusinessoperations. * SupporttheGlobalNaturalExtracts&BiostimulantsProcurementLeadininvestmentandotherstrategicprojects.; * CollaboratewiththeLegalDepartmentindefiningsupplycontracts,ensuringalignmentwithcompanypoliciesandstandards. * Monitorsupplierperformance,includingpost-contractperformance. * Provideguidancetointernalstakeholdersonprocurementprocesses,proceduresandeffectiveapproachestocomplexissues. * Ensurefulladherencetohealth,safetyandenvironmentalpoliciesandprocedures. WhoWeAreLookingFor * 2/3yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience,ideallyinProcurement,SupplyChainorrolessupportingcomplexprojects. * Stronginterestinpurchasingprocesses,operationalexcellenceandsustainability. * Goodunderstandingofsuppliermanagement,tenderingandpurchase-orderprocesses. * Proactive,results-orientedmindsetandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelyindynamic,cross-functionalenvironments. * Strongcommunicationandteamworkskills. * GoodknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeSuite;familiaritywithERPsystems,particularlySAP,isanadvantage. * Knowledgeofcompanysystemsandwaysofworkingwillbeconsideredaplus. * ProfessionalworkingproficiencyinEnglish;Italianisrequired.
