ph3Position /h3 pBusiness Administration Specialist – Apprentice (Milan) /p h3Overview /h3 pSiemens Digital Industries drives the digital transformation of discrete and process industries, combining automation, Industrial Edge, software, digital twins, and Industrial AI. The apprenticeship will focus on enhancing personal and professional skills with mentor support. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport finance activities including order entry, change orders, invoicing, credit notes, goods receipt, and stock item control. /li liCo‑operate with Operations teams and cost center managers to monitor and control costs, ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets and financial targets. /li liEnsure accuracy of accounting records and commercial documentation in ERP systems such as SAP. /li liComplete month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing tasks, including KPI tracking and monthly postings. /li liRegularly monitor and evaluate project KPIs. /li liImplement and maintain internal risk control standards. /li liExtract data from various tools/systems (e.g., SAP), consolidate and analyse it, and develop, automate, and maintain reporting templates. /li liAnalyse the digital skills needed for the finance role in the future and support digitalisation. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liLess than 30 years of age in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract. /li liDiploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering or a similar field. /li liExcellent command of Italian and English languages.
