Purpose of the position: As Machinery, Package & Furnace Superintendent , you will be part of the Construction Department of Business Line Energy Carriers within the Bioraffineria project based in Livorno
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Promote safe and environmentally responsible work practices, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and company requirements, while fostering a strong Safety Leadership culture across all site activities.
Supervise the installation and commissioning of equipment and systems carried out by subcontractors and vendors, verifying that all activities are performed in accordance with project documentation, quality requirements, safety procedures, and project schedules.
Ensure the availability of drawings, materials, and technical information required for the efficient planning and execution of work, providing qualified technical support for the resolution of engineering and construction issues.
Prepare, coordinate, and monitor detailed work programs, managing human and technical resources, identifying resource shortages or surpluses, and measuring the progress of assigned activities.
Organize and optimize work areas to improve HSE performance and overall site efficiency,
ensuring effective coordination of personnel, equipment, and construction activities.
What are we looking for?
Education: Diploma or / and Technical Degree
Experience : Strong knowledge of the operating principles of rotating equipment, including compressors, turbines, and pumps.
Languages: English Knowledge Level B2
Technical/IT Skills: Microsoft Office
