Talent Acquisition Partner
to join our dynamic team and support our German?speaking market. In this role, you'll work closely with local stakeholders and colleagues to attract top talent, drive local initiatives, and elevate the candidate experience. Drive end?to?end recruitment for roles in the German?speaking market across multiple functions and business units.
Act as an advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent solutions.
Partner with local HR and business stakeholders to work actively on their hiring needs and build proactive pipelines.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
Represent the company at external events and build strong employer branding initiatives.
Your background
At least 3?5 years of experience in talent acquisition in a similar role, ideally combined with experience working in an international or matrixed environment.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
Good understanding of the German?speaking labour market is mandatory.
Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools.
Fluency in English and German is mandatory (C1 level or mother tongue).
Passionate about people, data?driven decision?making, and delivering results.

The minimum salary for this position in the specified location:
Italy: starting from €44,800 gross annual salary.
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures. This role may be open in multiple locations. If the salary information listed is not applicable for your current home location, salary details relevant to your location will be discussed with you at a later stage.
