Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of Italian subsidiaries of foreign multinationals, focusing on growth and retention. You will support clients with tailored risk-management solutions and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value. You will shape sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and represent Marsh Risk Italy in industry events, driving cross-border client relationships and strategic outcomes. Retribuzione / Benefits * Manage a client portfolio with budget accountability and contribute to growth, development, and retention goals * Support clients in risk management with tailored risk analysis and transfer solutions * Develop opportunities management and deployment through sales meetings and proposals using the company value proposition * Close sales deals by negotiating values and basic pricing structures * Coordinate the operational management team for client portfolios,
