As Marketing Overview Analyst, you will manage budgeting and financial administration for marketing activities, ensuring accurate expense tracking and reporting. You will coordinate with agencies and internal teams to plan funds, allocate costs, and monitor compliance. You'll benchmark costs, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven funding decisions. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and finance, enabling effective spend control and strategic planning. Join a cross-functional team to help optimize spend while upholding privacy and policy standards.
Manage accounting for all marketing expenses, including contract processing, invoicing, and reporting for internal control and Finance
Oversee planning, allocation, accuracy, and reporting of funds across stakeholders, markets, and sources;
anticipate risks and opportunities
Coordinate directly with agencies, internal customers, and service providers as needed




Monitor marketing and business expense processes (PO creation, classification)
Conduct cost benchmarking among suppliers and advise on optimization solutions
Ensure data privacy and legal compliance from policy and procedure perspectives
Budget management and control experience
Strong written and verbal communication to build positive partner relationships
Strong analytical, structured, results-oriented approach
Problem-solving under pressure with tight deadlines
Accurate planning and multitasking across projects
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or similar
