Join our MAHLE team! #weshapefuturemobility /p h3Your Contribution /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08 and environmental regulations—waste, emissions, water, etc.) /li liManage environmental permits, compliance requirements, and documentation /li liDevelop, implement, and update the HSE management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) /li liMonitor environmental impacts and HSE KPIs, preparing periodic reports for management /li liCoordinate internal and external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies and competent authorities /li liManage risk assessments, incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, defining corrective and preventive actions /li liPromote initiatives for continuous improvement, sustainability, and reduction of environmental impacts /li liCoordinate and deliver HSE training for staff /li liSupervise suppliers, contractors, and external activities from an HSE perspective /li liCollaborate with competent authorities and manage any inspections /li /ul h3Your Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or technical diploma /li liMin 5 years of experience in HSE roles /li liExperience in industrial/manufacturing environments /li liRSPP certification /li liKnowledge of HSE regulations (Italy / EU)
