ph3Territory Manager – Piemonte /h3 pReports directly to the National Sales Manager and is responsible for selling and developing the market for Convatec's Continence Care solutions within the Piemonte region.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRepresent the company by communicating its values and the portfolio of products and services.
/li liMaximize sales performance by establishing solid relationships with doctors, nurses and non?clinical stakeholders, and by acquiring detailed information on patient and user needs.
/li liAchieve sales objectives and monthly, quarterly and annual activities.
/li liGenerate contacts and new prescriptions, protect them from competitors, and provide service to patients.
/li liAdapt sales techniques to the situation, interlocutor and field opportunities.
/li liAnalyze sales and market data to make informed business decisions.
/li liParticipate in and lead medical/hospital meetings.
/li liParticipate in local and national events and congresses.
/li /ul h3Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Tasks /h3 ul liQualify, develop and maintain commercial relationships with contacts.
/li liKeep product and market knowledge up to date.
/li liIdentify opportunities in the territory and implement plans to seize them.
/li liGenerate leads, new prescriptions and develop relationships with doctors, nurses, health authorities, hospitals and patients.
/li liUpdate activities in CRM accurately and in detail.
/li liBuild a consistent and lasting base of end users.
/li liExecute the sales strategy with a planned weekly visit schedule, think outside the box, and develop new sales tactics.
/li liCollaborate with the business unit to design local educational and marketing initiatives specific to the territory.
/li liUse tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, ShowPad and Power BI to monitor sales and activities and adopt an effective sales process.
/li liPrepare and conduct end?of?month, end?of?trimester and end?of?year business data reviews with the sales director.
/li /ul h3Qualifications and Capabilities /h3 ul liUniversity degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
/li li3–5 years of hospital and/or territorial sales experience, preferably in chronic care sectors such as intermittent catheterisation, stoma, diabetes, wound care, rehabilitation.
/li liPreferred experience in the intermittent urinary catheter or urological sector.
/li liCommercial mindset, deep understanding of sales and market data, strong sales performance.
/li liExcellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, problem?solving and organisational skills.
/li liKnowledge of tender procedures and distribution model dynamics in the territory (e.g., health authorities, orthopaedics, pharmacies, wholesalers, DPC, direct distribution with home delivery).
/li liAbility to segment and target accounts efficiently to provide a successful action plan.
/li liAbility to work on key priorities and targeted activities.
/li liExperience working directly with patients.
/li liAbility to analyze sales, market and business opportunity data.
/li liEntrepreneurial approach and mindset.
/li liDesire and motivation to build a new business from scratch in the reference territory.
