If you're eager to learn, passionate about data and technology, and excited to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business and technology leaders to define the AI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilitiesEvaluate and contribute to the selection and implementation of the AI-powered analytics platform, ensuring alignment with Tenova's strategic goalsExplore and prototype AI/ML models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellenceSupport the transition from legacy systems (e.G., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platformsDesign and deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholdersEnsure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiativesWhat We Ask ForSolid experience with SAP Business Warehouse (data modeling, ETL,
