Specialista Show compensation In this role you will drive manufacturing excellence at the Casaletto Vaprio plant, aligning production data with design and fostering a culture of quality, safety, and EHS in aerospace. You will define and optimize plant processes, balancing people, materials and equipment to improve efficiency. You will work across engineering, shopfloor and supply chain to implement production technologies and resolve process challenges. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping production for high-precision aerospace components. assembly and test procedures * Estimate production time and cost * Prepare technical documentation for manufacturing processes * Provide technical support to supplier quality activities * Collaborate with shopfloor to validate processes and tools * Support supervisors and operators in solving manufacturing challenges * Support supply chain for raw materials and sub-assemblies * Collaborate with production to resolve technical issues * Engineering degree (mechanical or aerospace) * Strong Italian and English skills (written and spoken) * Good knowledge of BPI processes (Lean Sigma, quality and logistics techniques) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Attention to detail and precision * Collaborative attitude with colleagues and reports Take your next career step #J-*****-Ljbffr
