We foster a culture ofb resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, /b andb change /b, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. /p pJob Description OM Supervisor 06/02/2026 Job Description: /p pWe are currently looking forb OM Supervisor /bto join our M Renewables team inbItaly /b, part of our subsidiarybMETKA EGN /b. /p pbYour role will encompass: /b /p ul liSupport the OM Project Manager/Head in the hiring and selection process of site personnel, including local searches (town halls, local TEE, electricians’ unions). Contribute to the optimization of manpower and resource utilization. /li liCollaborate with the OM Project Manager and Control Room Engineers in defining and executing plant handover activities to ensure a smooth transition from EPC to OM. /li liConduct regular site inspections to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained, in alignment with the OM HS Supervisor’s guidelines.
/li liCoordinate daily activities and maintain close communication with the OM Project Manager and site technicians for operational matters. /li liReview, report and validate Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activities performed in the field. /li liEnsure daily monitoring of the SCADAs and updates in the CMMS (Fiix) and verify that the system remains fully operational for data extraction and reporting. /li liManage, monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions. /li liOptimizes spare parts inventory and oversee warehouse controls, including periodic checks and reporting. /li liMonitor and manage the fleet of vehicles assigned to the OM team. /li liIdentify and evaluate external resources, including specialized companies and suppliers, when required. /li liDevelop and update annual preventive maintenance plans according to the requirements of signed OM contracts. /li liPlan and schedule corrective and preventive works for site technicians and subcontractors, ensuring proper prioritization and tracking. /li liOversee the control, use and calibration of tools and instruments, ensuring compliance with maintenance standards. /li liPerform regular inspections across PV and BESS sites, monitoring workforce allocation and the status of preventive and corrective tasks. /li liManage special OM projects,
