What you'll doAct as a trusted advisor in international, multi?stakeholder environmentsGain a deep understanding of customers' business processes, operating models, and mission?critical workflowsLead business and technical workshops with global stakeholdersCollect, structure, and formalize requirements into functional and technical specificationsLead product configuration and technical activities:Design and optimize SQL relational data modelsDefine API integration strategiesDevelop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.You will operate at the intersection of consulting, solution architecture, and product implementation.What you'll needBachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields5+ years of experience in software consulting, solution analysis, or technical implementation roles within SaaS or system integration contextsConsulting background with experience in client?facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.Proven experience in writing both functional and technical specification documentsAbility to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutionsExperience in defining and executing test plans (functional & integration)Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Jira,



Confluence)Strong analytical mindset and problem?solving skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non?technical stakeholdersProfessional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and client discussions confidently in both languages.Willingness to travel domestically and internationallyLocation: Hybrid.
