About the role
The Local Marketing Manager brings the global EIM brand to life in the assigned market(s), translating the three-year business strategy and global marketing direction into a coherent local marketing and communication plan and executing it across all channels. In full collaboration with the Local Demand Manager, the role picks, mixes, completes and delivers content provided by Global Marketing to clients and prospects through the relevant touchpoints.
The goal is to create qualified visibility, concrete interest, and direct support to the business, ensuring EIM is known, trusted, and preferred by target clients.
Working in a global–local matrix, this role should adapt global strategies and content to local needs, manage digital and offline activities, and provide insight back to Global Marketing and regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing strategy, planning & budget
Recommends — in full collaboration with the Office Manager — and develops the local marketing plan, consistent with the three-year business strategy and the global marketing direction and presents it to the Partners.
Develops and manages the marketing budget; allocates human and economic resources to deliver the plan.
Plans and manages the activity calendar, deadlines, and deliverables.
Manages and controls the department budget.
Monitors competition and market developments.
2.Communication, content & digital presence
Manages local digital touchpoints (local website pages, local LinkedIn pages, newsletters / DEM), ensuring content is relevant,



on-brand and up to date; maintains and continuously improves EIM's web presence.
Defines objectives for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
Produces or coordinates marketing and sales materials — LinkedIn posts and news updates, newsletters, articles, case studies, sales decks, one-pagers, landing pages — with the support of the External Communication & Events Specialist.
Picks up content generated by Global Marketing, completes it according to local needs, and provides it to demand generation to be addressed to the proper customer journey (CJ) through DG campaigns.
3. Campaigns, events & brand activation
In line with the Office Manager's penetration priorities and within local budget guidelines, plans and executes campaigns and events (digital campaigns, webinars, conferences, sponsorships), transferring leads to Local Demand Generation.
Ensures consistent application of global brand guidelines, adapting them to local culture and market needs.
4. Projects, partnerships & suppliers
In partnership with the EIM Partners, develops new projects and ensures their implementation.
Selects service and product providers to enable functional tasks.
Builds and manages strategic partnerships with suppliers (marketing agencies).
5. Performance & reporting
Monitors and reports core marketing KPIs (reach, traffic, engagement, leads) and shares insights with Global Marketing and local leadership.
Profile
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
5-7 years' experience in B2B marketing or brand/communications roles, ideally in professional services.
Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign execution (LinkedIn, website, SEO / SEM, email).
Proven experience managing a marketing budget.
Confident working in a matrix / global–local environment and partnering with senior stakeholders.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Commercially minded, analytical, and KPI-driven, with a focus on measurable impact.
Hands-on and well organized.
Native-level local language and good English.
