/ppbr / /ppWe are looking for dynamic and results-driven strongArea Sales Managers /strong to lead business development activities within the assigned territory (available territories: North America; OR Turkey; OR Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and - where applicable - coordinating a sales team to achieve and exceed company targets.

/liliManage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
/liliIdentify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
/liliMonitor market trends and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
/liliCollaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, etc.)
to ensure an excellent customer experience.
/liliPrepare regular sales reports and territory performance analyses.
/liliAttend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
/liliRecruit, expand, coordinate, train, and motivate a network of distributors, agents, or local sales representatives.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliProven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar commercial role.
/liliPrevious experience or knowledge of the relevant industry is considered a strong advantage.
/liliExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
/liliStrong results-oriented mindset and ability to work toward targets.
/liliAvailability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
/liliProficient in IT tools and software (CRM systems, Excel, etc.).
/liliExcellent command of English (North America); English and German (Germany/Austria/Switzerland); English and Turkish (Turkey).
Additional languages will be considered a plus.
