ppIn this role, you will lead end-to-end solution design for Service Business Solutions, collaborating with Technical and Enterprise Architects to align business aims with technology. You will translate complex requirements into fit-for-purpose architectures and oversee design and option assessment across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud-native solutions. You'll drive evaluation of new tools, support commercial decisions, and own the future-state integration blueprint. You will also bridge business stakeholders and IT, contribute to PoC initiatives, and help shape a scalable, integrated IT landscape. /pulliPartner with Technical and Enterprise Architects to define and evolve end-to-end solution and platform strategy /liliTranslate business demands into solution designs and assess functional, architectural, and integration implications /liliLead solution design and option assessment across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, AI-based solutions, and cloud-native architectures /liliIdentify and assess new tools and technologies for the Service IT landscape /liliSupport commercial and delivery decisions by evaluating proposals and delivery approaches /liliOwn and maintain the overall solution architecture, landscape,
