ppbSuperior Construction Services /b is seeking an experienced bStructural Concrete Field Superintendent /b to lead crews on complex heavy industrial concrete projects throughout Texas and across the United States. Our work supports critical infrastructure in the bmaterial handling, oil gas, water and wastewater, renewable and energy /b industries. /p pWe don't build sidewalks or driveways—we build the structural concrete that powers industries. From equipment foundations and pump stations to elevated structural slabs and containment structures, our teams construct the reinforced concrete infrastructure that keeps America's industries moving. /p pIf you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, developing strong crews, and delivering projects safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 pAs a Structural Concrete Foreman, you'll lead field crews and oversee the day-to-day execution of structural concrete work while working closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, Layout, Quality Control, and Safety personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to Superior's high standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and supervise structural concrete crews on heavy industrial construction projects. /li liPlan daily and weekly work activities to maximize crew productivity and project efficiency. /li liRead and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and layout information. /li liCoordinate all phases of structural concrete construction, including layout verification, excavation coordination, formwork, reinforcing steel, embeds,



anchor bolts, concrete placement, finishing, and curing. /li liMaintain accurate survey controls/benchmarks. /li liEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and quality standards. /li liConduct daily safety meetings and promote a proactive safety culture. /li liCoordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and deliveries with project leadership. /li liMonitor productivity while maintaining Superior's high standards for craftsmanship and quality. /li liTrain, mentor, and develop crew members while fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. /li liCommunicate effectively with Superintendents, Project Managers, inspectors, clients, and other trades to maintain project progress. /li liComplete daily reports and other required project documentation. /li liMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liMinimum b5 years of structural concrete construction experience /b. /li liPrevious experience leading crews as a Foreman, Superintendent, or equivalent field leadership role. /li liStrong knowledge of:



ul liStructural concrete placement /li liFormwork systems /li liReinforcing steel installation /li liAnchor bolts and embeds /li liConcrete finishing /li liLayout and elevations /li /ul /li liExperience on industrial construction projects such as bmaterial handling facilities, oil gas, water/wastewater treatment plants, power generation, or similar heavy industrial projects /b is strongly preferred. /li liExperience with bequipment foundations, elevated structural concrete, containment structures, heavy reinforcing steel, mass concrete placements, and complex formwork systems /b is highly desirable. /li liAbility to plan work several days ahead while coordinating multiple trades and maintaining production schedules. /li liStrong understanding of concrete tolerances, quality control requirements, and industrial construction sequencing. /li liAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. /li liStrong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. /li liAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work. /li liValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. /li liWillingness to travel as project assignments require. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMSHA 30 Certification /li liCPR/First Aid Certification /li liExperience using Procore or similar construction management software /li liTotal station or GPS equipment /li /ul pEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
