Experteer Italy is seeking a Global Process Engineer for Welding and Heat Treatment to develop and deploy global process standards across a diverse manufacturing network. You will analyze data, drive cross-functional improvements, coach factory engineers, and apply lean methods to achieve SQDC outcomes.

You will lead reliability improvement strategies, validate engineering specs, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and safety teams to implement preventive and predictive programs.
