You’ll help drive enquiry conversion, maintain exceptional service standards, and support the development of the team, ensuring every client and guest receives a seamless and memorable experience. We are looking for a new talent to add to our Milan-based team, focused on selling groups for our German, Swiss and Austrian hotels. /p pShort Crisp: Do you enjoy selling hotels for meetings, events and groups? Are you curious about the German, Swiss and Austrian market and are looking for an opportunity to showcase your German-speaking abilities, while working in Milan? /p pHere are a few insights into your new job: /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnquiry Excellence: Ensure all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, meeting Radisson Hotel Group standards and agreed response times. /li liSales Conversion: Drive conversion from enquiry through to signed contract, utilising RHG tools, systems, and processes to maximise revenue opportunities. /li liTeam Support Leadership: Support, coach,
