We are looking for a practical and quality-driven fiberglass technician with a strong focus on finishing work. You will play a key role in ensuring that every boat leaves our facility in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities * Repair damage to plastic and fiberglass boats * Fill, sand, and adjust surfaces to achieve high-quality results * Perform finishing work and quality control * Prepare surfaces for painting and post-treatment * Assist with or perform painting work * Assemble and disassemble parts when needed Qualifications * Experience in fiberglass, composites or auto body repair * Experience with painting, sanding or surface work * Background in marine or technical trades is an advantage * Category B driving license * Ability to work independently and in teams #J-*****-Ljbffr
