Overview As a Software Engineer at Docebo, you will design and deploy a world-class SaaS platform that empowers millions to learn and grow. You'll work on a cross-functional team within EdTech, turning concepts into production features with near-zero handovers. You'll focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability while tackling complex technical challenges. Responsibilities * Design, implement, and deploy scalable software to enhance the core SaaS platform. * Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA to turn concepts into features. * Maintain high code quality through clean, well-documented code and peer reviews. * Refactor and address technical debt to improve performance and maintainability. * Monitor and troubleshoot live applications to ensure a smooth user experience.



* Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to stay aligned. * Own end-to-end delivery from concept to production in an agile environment. Qualifications * Proficiency in NodeJS; experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or Golang is valued but NodeJS preferred. * Experience in Scrum environments with CI/CD and rapid delivery. * Passion for automation and familiarity with testing frameworks. * Proactive problem?solving mindset and strong diagnostic skills. * Strong collaboration and accountability in a team setting.
