Experteer Overview In this role you will manage a portfolio of accounts across the assigned market, driving Golf, Sports and Entertainment business for Castiglion del Bosco. You act as the brand ambassador, collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing team to grow accounts and exceed client expectations. You will leverage Salesforce and coordinate with Events Sales to maximize opportunities, while shaping the Sales & Marketing strategy and delivering compelling client presentations. You join a high-performance, growth-focused luxury hotel with global expansion ambitions. Retribuzione / Benefits * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market and segment * Nurture long-term client partnerships and maintain strong relationships * Craft tailored proposals reflecting the property's identity and client needs * Utilize Salesforce to track performance and ensure seamless client interactionsCollaborate with Events Sales to convert leads and pursue high-potential opportunities * Analyze trends to contribute to Sales & Marketing strategy and provide actionable insights * Build SMART key account plans with clear objectives,



timelines, and conversion strategies * Engage decision-makers at all levels and adapt sales approaches to secure new business * Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and client presentations Responsabilità * Minimum 3 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role * Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and Opera PMS * Fluent in Italian and English with strong written and verbal communication * Strong relationship-building, attention to detail, and polished interpersonal skills * Team player who contributes to a positive and ambitious culture * Proactive mindset with willingness to mentor others and support development initiatives * Personal interest in Sports and Golf is appreciated Requisiti fondamentali * 2 days off per week * Free return shuttle from Buonconvento * Hotel accommodation for you * Canteen service * Complimentary Laundry on selected items * Induction program for new joiners #J-*****-Ljbffr
