Essential Responsibilities
- Support the Program Management team in monitoring both legacy and new production programs.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and financial data to track actual costs versus Business Plan assumptions.
- Support cost control and profitability analysis activities, identifying gaps, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the evaluation of revenue enhancement opportunities across commercial service programs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for internal program reviews and management discussions.
- Liaise with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment on program performance.
- Support development, update, and improvement of dashboards and reporting tools used to monitor program cost and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance existing digital solutions and facilitate operational activities through process simplification and automation.
- Get practice in program management processes, business analysis, and cross‑functional team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence in handling data and performance metrics.
- Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
