Unisciti a noi per contribuire a far funzionare ciò che fa funzionare il mondo. /p h3Questa Posizione Risponde a /h3 pGlobal Business Line Manager /p pAs the Augmented Operations Global Product Manager, you will work within a full Product Life Cycle perspective, and you will be responsible for long term profitable growth of your product portfolio given market needs and overall Energy Industries business strategy. In this role you will balance technical and customer-centric requirements as well as integrate efforts with Operations Management, RD, Sales Marketing to develop and deliver profitable global product solutions. /p pThe work model for the role is: bHybrid /b. /p pThe position is opened globally, not restricted by the mentioned locations. /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuilding and executing an overall Augmented Operator product strategy for Energy Division, considering the individual products composing the Augmented Operator Suite and the links with the surrounding products like OPTIMAX and Advanced Process Control. /li liWorking with different parts of the ABB organization, spread in several countries worldwide. Managing teams by influence as you will not have direct reporting chain. /li liDefine the product roadmap and new features and functions that will help grow the overall business,



working closely with RD to implement these portfolio recommendations and as well as prioritizing the new product developments with responsibility to achieve the targets. /li liKnow how on AI solutions and possibilities applied to the Energy industry. /li liUnderstand and anticipate external market needs and customer requirements and interface with internal functions like product development, operations, financials, marketing, sales, service, business development. /li liOwn go-to-market messaging, including internal messaging documents, segment-specific offering content, sales/customer-driven demos, and thought leadership articles and presentations. Work with marketing on external and internal websites keeping them up to date. /li liIdentify and drive the development of new market together with the business development colleagues, support in identifying opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration. Support identifying interesting MA opportunities. /li liYou will be accountable for the yearly business orders, margin and related financials targets of your product portfolio. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in control or electrical engineering, or chemical, equivalent. /li li15+ years of experience in product management and in developing plant optimization solutions,



with knowledge of software-related business models for energy industry segments. /li liFamiliarity with industrial plants data, related treatment and simulation modelling will be beneficial. /li liStrong understanding of modern way of developing products and on the last ICT technologies (Cloud, Edge, AI, as examples). /li liGood know how of processes with relevant experience in Energy Industries (Refineries, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Power Generation). /li liAbility to translate service concepts and external requirements into clear value propositions and technical requirements. /li liWell-developed communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills. /li liThis opportunity is open to candidates in multiple countries, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate.
