In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager to drive the success of community campaigns across Italy and international markets.

/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, through regular appraisals and development meetings.
/liliSupport new product introduction and manage critical path processes to ensure timely delivery.
/liliIdentify, evaluate and negotiate with new suppliers to improve competitiveness and expand sourcing opportunities.
/liliAssist in managing supply agreements in coordination with Group Legal /liliSupport major programmes by ensuring capacity planning, quality assurance, and risk management.
/liliPartner with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Legal, IT) and attend trade fairs to scout for new ideas and market innovations.
/liliConduct pricing analysis, benchmark suppliers, and manage product portfolios, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
/liliAnalyse supplier performance after campaigns, monitor Key Performance Indicators,
and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
/liliPrepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions and management reviews.
/li /ulh3Job requirements /h3pYou will ideally have: /pullibAt least 2 years' experience /b in a procurement, sourcing, trading, or retail environment.
/lilibFluency in both English and Italian /b, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
/lilibExcellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills /b, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver commercial value.
/lilibStrong analytical and numerical abilities /b, with a keen eye for detail and confidence working with data, pricing, and KPIs.
/lilibThe ability to manage multiple priorities /b, work to tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
/lilibProficiency in Microsoft Office /b, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
/lilibA proactive and curious mindset /b, with a passion for innovation, market trends, and continuous improvement.
/lilibExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills /b, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional and international teams.
