Experteer Overview In this role you will support production processes with global IT solutions, acting as a business partner for local Italian sites. You will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of IT systems, aligning local needs with global platforms to advance digital transformation. You will collaborate across stakeholders and vendors, ensuring compliant, high-quality solutions that enhance site digitalization and integration within the Boehringer Ingelheim network. Retribuzione / Benefits * Act as IT partner for local Italian production sites, engaging with Local and Global stakeholders and external vendors to align IT solutions with business needs * Own end-to-end lifecycle of global and local IT solutions (design, development, testing, deployment, operation, maintenance, continuous improvement) * Coordinate and steer system-related activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards * Maintain system architectures and documentation throughout the solution lifecycle * Lead medium to large IT initiatives or contribute as a key expert in complex projects * Drive simplification, automation, and standardization of IT services and processes in collaboration with IT specialists * Manage incidents and escalations to resolve issues effectively * Ensure solutions comply with quality, regulatory (GxP, legal, corporate)



requirements * Support site and area IT budget and resources, ensuring efficiency and performance * Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and seamless integration with global platforms * Promote collaboration, diversity, and continuous development within IT teams Responsabilità * Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or comparable qualification * At least 3 years of professional IT experience * Extensive knowledge of design, validation, rollout and operation of computerized systems in a GxP environment * Project management experience in medium/large IT projects * Excellent communication in Italian and English * Proactive communicator with cost-conscious mindset * Track record of innovating with new technologies or processes * Ability to work effectively in virtual and multicultural environments * Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus Requisiti fondamentali * permanent contract * gross annual base salary 49,******,000 * canteen access and meal vouchers when remote * range of benefits for wellbeing (physical, financial, social, mental) * professional and personal development programs #J-*****-Ljbffr
