* Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers. * Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure. * Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies. * Compliance & Grid Requirements: * Ensure BESS installations meet local and international grid compliance standards. * Collaborate with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid. * Stay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations. * Work closely with engineering, operations, and R&D; teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Qualifications * Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering,
