Job Overview HIL Engineer (Hardware in the Loop) – Location: Torino, Italy (also Rome, Italy) – Permanent contract with ticket restaurant and welfare benefits. Responsibilities * Develop, configure and maintain Hardware?in?the?Loop (HIL) benches. * Execute validation and verification tests on electronic control units (ECUs). * Define, implement and automate test cases and test procedures. * Analyze test results, identify anomalies, and support problem resolution. * Collaborate with hardware and software development teams to ensure system?level compliance. * Support preparation of technical documentation and validation reports. Required Qualifications * Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related disciplines. * Minimum 1 year of experience in HIL, automotive testing or validation. * Knowledge of HIL platforms (dSPACE, Vector VT System, NI or equivalents). * Experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer) and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).



* Knowledge of scripting/programming languages for test automation (CAPL, Python, MATLAB/Simulink). * Fluency in English.
