Experteer Overview: In this role, you support blade production at Vestas Blades Italia by ensuring efficient, compliant manufacturing processes. You collaborate cross-functionally to translate production bases, optimize line setups, and provide technical training to production teams. You will drive continuous improvement and safeguard quality and safety as core values. This position offers impact at scale within a global leader in sustainable wind energy, focusing on robust processes and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

- Plan and direct production activities to achieve timely, efficient factory processes
- Set up production processes aligned with the production strategy
- Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure equipment availability and performance
- Prepare and maintain production documentation for correct manufacturing
- Provide technical support and training on production processes, documentation, and line setups
- Own issues related to production process performance and quality
- Identify opportunities and implement improvements via reporting systems
- Improve production processes for robustness and continuous improvement




- Coordinate with Production Quality, cross-plant systems, and other teams to ensure compliance
- Support knowledge sharing with Manufacturing Tools & Equipment, Technology, and related teams
- Support shifts and project-driven production needs
- Manage change control of processes, procedures, routings, and materials handling
- Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Master in Engineering (focus area: manufacturing, mechanical, or materials engineering related to blade production)
- Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of quality processes, methodologies, and reporting
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or production environments preferred
- Familiarity with quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
- Experience with ERP or QMS systems (e.g., SAP, QMS platforms)
