* Strong academic track record in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science—enrollment in a Master's program is a strong plus. * Genuine enthusiasm for capital markets and corporate finance. * Excellent command of English and a proactive mindset. * Real?world experience in corporate finance within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) sector (optional).
