Junior Consultant IT Strategy – In EY Consulting's Technology Strategy Transformation Practice, based in Milan, Rome, Torino and Bari, you will support client engagements across diverse industries, applying digital and strategic insights to deliver tangible value. Responsibilities * Support project management and coordination (PM-PMO). * Assist business teams in defining project requirements and conducting technical and functional analysis. * Help draft as?is processes and redesign to?be flows. * Monitor project activities to ensure deadlines are met and manage risks and issues using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and PowerBI. * Define and track KPIs and OKRs to monitor project objectives. * Manage client and stakeholder communications, both internal and external (clients, suppliers). * Prepare project support documents, including kick?off, SAL meetings, and Gantt charts. Qualifications * Master's degree in Engineering (management) or Economics. * Analytical mindset, flexibility, and teamwork spirit. * Proficient in Office, English language, and familiarity with AI tools.
