Responsibilities (English) You will join the Private Debt Operations team based in Paris. Reporting to the Head of the team, you will be assigned several funds for which you will be responsible, in coordination with service providers, for: * Liability management: subscriptions, capital calls, distributions * Preparation and monitoring of budgets * Coordination of accounting and payments * NAV calculation: valued inventories, fee calculations, waterfall calculations * Audit follow-up * Monitoring of treasury, investment capacity, and performance * Contribution to the preparation of management reports and investor meetings * Preparation or coordination of regulatory reporting * Specific analyses upon request from portfolio managers or investors Responsibilities (English) – Missions You will join the Private Debt Operations team based in Paris. Riportando Al Responsabile Del Team, Ti Saranno Assegnati Diversi Fondi Per i Quali Sarai Responsabile, in coordinamento con i fornitori di servizi, delle seguenti attività * Gestione dell'attivo: esecuzione delle transazioni, monitoraggio degli investimenti, riconciliazione dei portafogli * Gestione del passivo: sottoscrizioni, richiami di capitale, distribuzioni * Preparazione e monitoraggio dei budget * Coordinamento della contabilità e dei pagamenti * Calcolo del NAV: inventari valorizzati, calcolo delle commissioni, waterfall * Monitoraggio degli audit * Monitoraggio della tesoreria, della capacità di investimento e della performance * Partecipazione alla redazione dei report di gestione e agli incontri con gli investitori * Predisposizione o coordinamento della reportistica regolamentare * Analisi specifiche su richiesta dei gestori o degli investitori Profile Profile (English) * 1–2 years of experience in asset management or investment fund audit * Ability to work in a demanding, fast-growing environment * Strong analytical skills * Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of eFront would be a plus * Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive * Strong team spirit with excellent communication skills * Fluent English is essential Profilo (Italian) * 1–2 anni di esperienza nell'asset management o nella revisione di fondi di investimento * Capacità di lavorare in un contesto esigente e in robusto crescita * Spiccate capacità analitiche * Conoscenza avanzata di Excel; eFront costituisce un plus * Precisione, autonomia e dinamismo * Spirito di squadra con ottime capacità comunicative * Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese indispensabile #J-*****-Ljbffr
