ppSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: /p h3Quality Assurance Junior Engineer - Aerospace Defence /h3 pPosting Date: 31 Jul 2026 /p pCity: Roma /p pLocation: Roma, Italy, 00144 /p pContract Type: Permanent /p pDivision: Sustainability and Business Innovation /p pLevel of experience: Junior /p pRINA is currently recruiting abQuality Assurance /bbJunior /bbEngineer /b to join its offices in Rome, working on projects in thebSpace and Defence /b sectors. /p h3bMission /b /h3 pThe selected candidate will support bProduct Assurance /b activities within complex engineering programs in the bSpace and Defence sectors /b, ensuring the proper implementation of quality processes, configuration management practices, and compliance with applicable standards. /p pThe role will contribute to monitoring the quality of project deliverables, verifying technical documentation, supporting system validation activities, and assisting the project team in achieving milestones, ensuring alignment with company quality management systems and international aerospace and defence standards. /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 ul liEnsure the correct application of the bProject Quality Plan /b and support the project team in achieving quality objectives and process compliance. /li liVerify the correct implementation of company quality processes and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, EN9100) within project activities. /li liSupport configuration management activities, including defining and managing product structures and related contexts within PLM systems. /li liReview and support the approval of technical documentation and specifications, contributing to the release of the bTechnical Data Package /b (e.g., drawings, bills of materials, electrical schematics, technical requirements, analyses, reports,
and test procedures). /li liParticipate in design reviews, safety and security panels, and support the preparation and monitoring of project gate reviews and related action plans. /li liSupport product acceptance and verification activities, including document checks and validation of test tools and procedures. /li /ul h3bEducation /b /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering /p pOther in Management Engineering /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul liAt least 1 year of experience in bQuality Assurance /b or bProduct Assurance /b in engineering or industrial environments /li liWillingness to work, on behalf of RINA, at client sites /li liKnowledge of bQuality Management Systems /b and international standards such as ISO 9001, EN9100, and/or AQAP /li liExperience with configuration management processes and PLM tools /li liAbility to review and assess technical documentation, specifications, and engineering deliverables /li liBasic understanding of system integration, verification, and validation activities /li liGood command of the English language /li liAvailability to travel /li /ul br/ h3#LI-SC1 /h3 ul liFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /li liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently.
