Experteer Italy is seeking an EMEA Accounting Manager to lead and coach a hybrid finance team across the UK, Netherlands and Italy. You will own month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes for all EMEA entities, delivering accurate statutory and management reports.

You will drive process improvements, standardise workflows, and support change across a global CRO, with hands-on involvement when needed. Travel up to once a month is expected, and the role is hybrid.
