Elite Associates is partnering with a contemporary fashion brand renowned for its distinctive identity, strong craftsmanship, and elevated customer experience. We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join the team in Milan. Key Responsibilities * Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued * Develop strong product knowledge to provide personalised styling advice and recommendations * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business * Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets * Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines * Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control * Process transactions accurately and efficiently * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations Requirements * Previous experience in luxury, premium,



or contemporary fashion retail * Strong customer service and communication skills * Good level of English; additional languages are considered a plus * Passion for fashion, styling, and current market trends * Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to work weekends and retail hours * Full-time and tempo parziale opportunities available What's on Offer * Opportunity to join a growing and highly regarded fashion brand * Dynamic and collaborative working environment * Competitive salary package: €25,000 – €28,000 gross per annum.
