YOOX, part of LuxExperience, is seeking a talented Account Payable Specialist to join the Finance & Administration team. Location: Our offices in Zola Predosa (Bologna) Department: Finance Reporting into: Finance Manager Working Model: Hybrid Contract Type: Permanent Potential Start Date: July / August **** Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) Starting Annual Base Salary (Gross): From ******€ (final compensation will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria and may vary depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and the outcome of the selection process). Role Purpose The candidate will assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor and provide support in managing the parent company's general accounting. Responsibilities * Recording the parent company's supplier invoices. * Support in managing the administrative tasks of general ledger entries. * Maintaining the supplier information database. * Support in balance sheet reconciliation. * Supporting the General Ledger and any other accounting entry (i.e.: Intercompany Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, IAS1, etc.). * Support in managing quarterly and annual closing balances. * Support in the supplier invoice approval process. * Proper recording of product movement from YOOX's warehouse and verification that accounts and accounting documents correspond.
* Support in preparing and filling out the Intrastat declaration on goods and services purchased. Qualifications * The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting or a University degree in Economics or related fields. * Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles. * Reliability, accuracy and confidentiality. * Motivation in an administrative role. * Proven ability to work under stringent deadlines and show flexibility. * Interpersonal skills, flexibility, a problem-solving and proactive approach. * Proficiency in Word and Excel. * Knowledge of Navision and SQL will be considered a plus. * Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
