Experteer Overview As Digital Store E-Commerce Supervisor, you enable growth of QVC Italy's online channels by shaping the digital commercial strategy and leading the Traders & Assistants team. You optimize performance across the website and app, collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Social, and Digital Content, and steer campaigns that enhance the customer experience. You'll work in a fast-paced, international setting to expand the online channel and strengthen omnichannel capabilities. Retribuzione / Benefits * Define and lead the digital commercial strategy to maximize online sales and performance * Coordinate the Digital Store eCommerce Traders and Assistants team and oversee daily activities and capability development * Oversee daily platform performance, ensuring promotional relevance and a strong customer experience * Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Social, and Digital Content to create aligned campaigns and promotions * Analyze performance, customer insights,
and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas * Share best practices and results with local and international stakeholders to drive alignment and innovation * Support long-term online expansion through new commercial opportunities and stronger omnichannel strategy Responsabilità * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields * Minimum 5 years' experience in digital environment (multi-channel preferred) including online sales, retail/merchandising, and eCommerce trading * Experience managing people and teams in international settings * Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional/cross-market collaboration skillsSolid commercial and analytical mindset with knowledge of key digital KPIs (CR, Sessions/Bounce Rate, CTR) * Proficiency with analytics and performance tools (see tools) * Native Italian and fluent English Requisiti fondamentali * competitive compensation * paid time off * employee assistance program * parental leave * paid volunteer hours * amazing company discounts #J-*****-Ljbffr
