VF Corporation is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our EMEA Finance team based in Milan. Role Overview As a Senior Accountant, you will report to the Local Finance Manager and work closely with both the Central Finance team and our Shared Service Center. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and supporting the continuous improvement of accounting processes in a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage and review monthly financial reporting and support month?end and year?end closing activities * Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors and external consultants * Manage VAT returns (monthly and annual) and ensure compliance with local regulations * Prepare Intrastat declarations and support tax calculations * Coordinate with external tax advisors and monitor tax deadlines * Support internal and external audits * Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data accuracy * Collaborate with Shared Services on transactional accounting activities * Contribute to process improvements and strengthening internal controls Skills & Qualifications * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting,
