You will work in an international environment where collaboration, safety and innovation drive every project forward.
/p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liLead, plan and coordinate all construction activities on site during execution and commissioning phases /li liCoordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality and timely project delivery /li liOversee HSEQ compliance and report potential risks, hazards and improvement opportunities /li liMonitor construction progress, equipment deliveries and site documentation including weekly reports /li liEnsure all works comply with local, national and international regulations as well as technical specifications /li liOrganize and participate in onsite meetings, testing, commissioning and final acceptance activities /li /ul h3What you bring who you are: /h3 ul liDegree in civil, electrical or a similar engineering field /li li3 to 5 years experience in construction site management,



ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure projects /li liGood technical understanding of electrical or civil works /li liItalian and English language skills; ideally, you also speak Spanish, French or German /li liIdeally, certifications such as "Preposto", "Primo Soccorso" and "Antincendio"; support can be provided to obtain them /li liStructured, responsible and independent working style with willingness to travel extensively and work onsite full-time /li /ul h3About the team: /h3 pYou will join a diverse and supportive construction team committed to delivering renewable energy projects across Europe.
