In this role you will manage intercompany accounting activities within a global team.
You will oversee IC journal entries, postings, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
You'll drive automation and design new IC processes to meet evolving business needs.
You will contribute to month-end close and support audits, enabling timely, high-quality financial reporting.
This is a growth-oriented position in a dynamic Global Business Services environment with a clear impact on the company's international operations.Manage intercompany flows, including journal entries and AP IC postingsOversee, propose and enhance automated IC processes for efficiency and accuracyDesign and implement new IC flows in response to evolving business needsPrepare and approve account reconciliations,



ensuring accuracy and complianceComplete month-end close activities with tight deadlines and high standardsOversee consolidated financial statement reconciliations at the intercompany levelContribute to audits and provide relevant documentation as neededBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of accounting experience in multinational companies or consultingKnowledge of accounting principles and intercompany reconciliationGeneral experience with Financial ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle HFM) and proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration with cross-functional and cross-country teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesProactive approach to process improvement and automationFluency in English; additional languages are advantageous#J-*****-Ljbffr
