ppWe are looking for a Java Developer to join our Rome-based team and contribute to the development of scalable backend applications.
/p pYou will work on internal platforms used to manage innovation and funded projects, collaborating closely with technical and consulting teams to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.

/h3 pYour mission is to build reliable and scalable systems that support innovation processes, while bridging the gap between technical development and real business use cases in an international consulting environment.
/p ul liDesign, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and RESTful APIs /li liCollaborate with Product Owners, Technical PMs, and consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions /li liContribute to platforms supporting RD project management and reporting /li liEnsure code quality through testing, reviews,
and best practices /li liTroubleshoot issues and continuously improve system performance /li liContribute to architectural decisions and system evolution /li liParticipate in deployment and release processes /li liDocument technical solutions and support knowledge sharing /li /ul h3What do we offer you?
