/h3 h3ABOUT THE JOB /h3 pUnder the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, your main responsibilities will include: /p h3Operational management /h3 ul lipOversee operations of the restaurant, ensuring the smooth running of the venue.
/p /li lipEnsure consistent, high-quality food and beverages are served to customers.
/p /li lipCreate a welcoming environment for customers and drive a guest focus culture.
/p /li lipHandle and provide adequate solution to customer complaints.
/p /li lipReport customer feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
/p /li lipPropose rapid and well-thought-out solutions in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
/p /li lipOversee the cleanliness of the venue and pay attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations.
/p /li lipEnsure all Health Safety legal requirements are up to date.
/p /li /ul h3Team Management /h3 ul lipTrain and supervise the restaurant team, encouraging upselling.
/p /li lipSupport the Restaurant Manager's training plan for the restaurant team, encouraging their career development within the company.
/p /li lipCreate a positive work environment, ensuring a high employee engagement and optimising the employee retention.
/p /li lipReport staff complaints to the Restaurant Manager.
/p /li /ul h3Administrative and Financial Management /h3 ul lipMonitor key activity indicators and take corrective actions where necessary.
/p /li lipMonitor and maintain a consistent payroll.
/p /li lipEnsure the maintenance of staff records and the monitoring of hours worked.
/p /li lipCarry out the inventory on a regular basis.
/p /li lipCarry out regular reporting on activities.
/p /li lipParticipate in the management of orders and purchases.
